How much does a valuation cost?
Nothing. The valuation and the inspection are both free, and there is no fee if you decide not to sell. We make our money on the cars we buy, not on the people who ask.
Will you buy a car that still has finance on it?
Yes. We settle the outstanding balance with your bank directly and pay you the difference. Bring the latest liability letter to the inspection if you have one.
Does the car have to be GCC spec?
No. We buy American, European, Japanese and Canadian imports alongside GCC cars. Spec affects the price, not whether we are interested.
What if the car has been in an accident?
We still buy it. Tell us on the form so the first offer is the real one — an accident history found at the inspection changes the number, and nobody enjoys that conversation.
Who handles the transfer and the fines?
We do. We complete the RTA transfer and the deregistration ourselves, and outstanding fines are settled out of the sale price. After the transfer the plates stop being your responsibility.
How do I get paid?
By bank transfer on the day you accept the offer, once the transfer is complete. We do not pay in instalments and we do not take cars on consignment.
